Frequently Asked Questions
How does the RF LED Skin Tightening Facial Device work?
The device combines radio frequency (RF) warmth, EMS stimulation and red light technology to support the appearance of firmer, smoother-looking skin as part of your regular skincare routine.
How often should I use the device?
For best results, use it consistently several times a week as part of your skincare routine. Results vary from person to person depending on skin type and routine.
How long does each session take?
Just a few minutes. Apply your gel or serum, then glide the device slowly in upward and outward motions across the face and neck, choosing the mode that suits your routine.
Can I use it on my face, neck and hands?
Yes — the device is designed for use on the face, neck and hands. Always follow the recommended usage instructions and avoid areas where use is not advised.
Do I need to use a serum or gel with the device?
Yes. Apply a water-based conductive gel to clean skin first — it helps the device glide smoothly and lets the RF and EMS functions work effectively. Our Natural Look Conductive Gel (250ml) is made for exactly this, and you can add it with the device at checkout.
Is the device safe for everyone?
It's gentle enough for most skin types, but it's not suitable during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, metal implants in the treatment area, or an active skin condition where you plan to use it. If you have a medical condition or are unsure, check with your GP before use.
When will I see results?
Results build gradually with consistent use and vary from person to person. Like any skincare routine, regular use over weeks matters more than any single session.
Can I use it alongside my existing skincare?
Yes — use the device on clean skin with a water-based gel, then apply your usual serums and moisturiser afterwards. If you use strong actives like retinoids, avoid applying them immediately before a session.
Is it easy to fit into my routine?
Yes — it's cordless, recharges via Type-C, and each session takes just a few minutes, so it's simple to use at home or while travelling.
