How We Compare
The premium names treat your face — then sell you a second device for your neck. Here's how the 240-Light Face & Neck Mask compares.

Built to wear, not to wrestle with
Most at-home masks are rigid plastic that pinch and end up forgotten in a drawer. This one moulds to you.

Real results. Real skin. No filters.
Fine lines visibly softened after 8 weeks of consistent use, 3–4 sessions per week. Individual results may vary.

WEEK 1–2
You'll Feel It Before You See It Most people notice it after the third or fourth session. Skin feels softer, a little more hydrated, and the neck — often the most neglected area in any skincare routine — starts to feel firmer. Near-infrared light is working beneath the surface, boosting circulation and cellular energy. It is subtle, but it is real.

WEEK 3–4
Now You Can See It! Fine lines look a little less defined. Skin tone starts to even out. Friends might ask if you have been on holiday. You have not — you have just been consistent. This is collagen production kicking in, and it only gets better from here.
8 WEEKS
This Is What Consistent Looks Like Firmer. Smoother. More radiant. The skin in the mirror looks like a more rested, more luminous version of you. Not a different person — just the best version of your skin. This is what 3–4 sessions a week for two months looks like.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I use it, and how long until I see a difference?
Use it for 10–30 minutes, 3–5 times a week. LED is gradual by nature — the look of your skin improves with consistent, regular use rather than overnight, so make it part of your routine and stick with it.
Is it safe to use around my eyes?
Yes. The mask includes soft silicone eye covers, and we recommend keeping your eyes closed during each session. The near-infrared light isn't visible to the naked eye, so don't be alarmed if part of it looks like it's not lit — it's still working.
Can I use it with my serums and moisturiser?
Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin, then apply your serum or moisturiser afterwards to lock in the glow. Avoid anything that makes your skin more light-sensitive (like retinol or strong acids) right before a session.
Does it work on all skin tones?
The red, yellow and near-infrared light suit all skin tones. If you have a deeper skin tone, go easy on the blue-light setting — blue light can occasionally affect the appearance of pigmentation — and check with your skincare professional if you're unsure.
Can I use the face and neck together?
Yes — that's the whole point. On the Face + Neck option you can wear and run both in the one session, or use either on its own.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Does it hurt?
It's non-invasive, generates no heat, and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. There's no pain — most people find it relaxing. If your skin is reactive, start with shorter sessions and build up.
How is this different from a cheap mask online?
Most budget masks cover the face only, use one or two wavelengths, and don't publish their specs. This treats your face and neck, with four wavelengths across 480 LEDs, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee — so you're not gambling on an unmarked import.
What if it's not for me?
You've got 14 days. If you're not happy, send it back for a full refund — simple. Just email support@ibeautyaustralia.com.au to start a return.
Who shouldn't use it?
As a precaution, avoid use if you're pregnant, have epilepsy or a photosensitive condition, a thyroid condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin, and it's not intended for children. If you have any underlying skin or health condition, check with your doctor first.
