Using your mask is simple:Connect the mask to the rechargeable controller.Cleanse and dry your face before treatment (you can apply a light serum if desired).Place the mask on your face and adjust the straps for comfort.Turn it on and select your preferred light mode and duration.Sit back, relax, and let the light work its magic for 10–15 minutes.
