I love my infra red, red, blue and yellow face and neck mask. It only takes 30 minutes and I can do all waves OR just yellow for pigmentation treatment or red for cellular renewal OR if I have a pimple or some oil I use the blue light. But mostly the infra-red Red every day for 10 minutes and the yellow for 10 minutes also. It is easy to do and relaxing to rest for 20 minutes with my infra red light therapy hair treatment all at the same time. I can do it just before bed or first thing in the morning. It gives me more control of my own self care. Knowing I am stimulation college production at my own scheduling. It’s extremely affordable compared to salon prices. And I can just do it straight after a shower with only aloe gel as a conductive agent or without the gel. I wash my face afterward with Lukewarm water and moisture and get on with my day OR do my night time cream and go to sleep after. I love it so much. It’s relaxing especially when I use my full pod infra-red pod at the same time. I sometimes fall asleep and my hubby has to wake me up when the lights turn off. Well worth it. I just hop out of bed roll up the infra red pod after wiping it down with wet wipes and putting a towel in it. I unplug the tube and it sits at the end of our bed until I’m ready to unroll it for use again. It helps me sleep and regenerates my cells.
